Experience the magic of Finnish Lapland with an authentic husky farm visit and mini husky safari in Sodankylä. During this 1 hour 30-minute experience, you will visit a small, privately owned husky farm where you can interact with the dogs, pet them, and discover how they are trained and cared for throughout the year. Your local guide will share fascinating insights into the role of huskies in Arctic life, dog sledding traditions, and the special bond between mushers and their dogs.

The experience includes a short 10-minute husky safari, allowing you to enjoy the excitement of traveling through Lapland nature powered by a team of energetic Arctic huskies. During winter, the safari is operated with a traditional dog sled, while a wheeled wagon is used during snow-free periods, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience in all seasons.

Depending on conditions and safety considerations, one adult per sled may have the opportunity to drive while others sit back and enjoy the ride.

This experience requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, the activity may be rescheduled or cancelled, and guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Important Information: Children under 4 years old cannot participate in the safari but may join the kennel visit. Family seating arrangements are determined on-site for safety and comfort.
